Restoration Services

CaliHome specializes in rebuilding and refinishing spaces, transforming damaged properties into better-than-before residences.

Restoration Build-Back Services

From structural repairs to finishes and fixtures, we manage the full build-back so your home feels whole again.

We Are the Rebuild, Not the Dryout

Most water damage companies specialize in emergency response: extraction, fans, dehumidifiers, and tear-out. This work is critical, and it ends with your property stripped down to the studs. That’s where we start, taking the reins to restore your home to its full potential.

Demolition finish-out

Removing anything the mitigation crew left that can’t be restored.

Framing & subfloor

Structural repair, subfloor replacement, and professional floor leveling.

Drywall

Hanging, taping, and texture matching to your existing walls.

Flooring & tile

Hardwood, LVP, tile, waterproofing, and expert grout application.

Kitchens & baths

Cabinets, countertops, vanities, and precise fixture reinstallation.

Paint & finish

Primer, paint, baseboard, trim, doors, and final detail work.

Reliability and Standards: Kitchen Remodeling

Structural Integrity

We address framing and subflooring issues when possible during demolition to ensure a level, sound foundation for your new kitchen.

Premium Finishes

From marble-look countertops to custom cabinetry, we use high-grade materials that stand the test of time and style.

Technical Precision

Our background in restoration brings a level of technical detail to remodels that typical contractors often overlook.

Process

How the Rebuild Works

1. Consultation: We meet at the property for a free consultation. FaceTime consultations are possible when necessary, ask our representative.

2. Walkthrough and scope (Day 1–2) We walk the property, photograph every affected area, and measure the full scope of what needs to be rebuilt.

3. Written estimate You get a line-item estimate — materials, labor, and quantities broken out. Not a lump-sum number on a napkin.

4. Documentation for your claim We provide our scope and estimate in a format your insurance carrier and adjuster can review directly, with photo documentation of every room.

5. Build back A clean project site, a plan for materials and finishes to be used, that is determined by the owners choices.

6. Build back progress: Site check up and progress check up, to make sure the schedule is managed the very best way possible. Great quality takes determination.

7. Final walkthrough We walk the finished work with you. We make sure nothing has been missed.

Insurance

We Make Your Claim Easier to Document

We make sure the rebuild side of your claim is documented properly. No items missed - All items communicated and explained why they are necessary

What that looks like:

  • A detailed, line-item estimate written in the format carriers expect
  • Photo and measurement documentation of every affected area
  • Direct communication with your adjuster about scope, materials, and pricing questions
  • Supplemental estimates when hidden damage is discovered after demolition
  • Clear explanation of what’s included in your scope and what isn’t

We are contractors, not public adjusters — we don’t negotiate or settle your claim, and by California law we can’t.

If your claim needs an advocate, you have the right to hire a licensed public adjuster or an attorney. We work alongside many of them regularly. Our job is to give them accurate information.
